Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business days of being placed (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Times
We ship to addresses across Australia using trusted courier partners. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Shipping Costs
Free shipping on all orders over $100 (AUD), shipped within Australia.
For orders under $100, a flat shipping fee is calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the weight/size of your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. You can also view your order status anytime from your account page.
Bulky & Oversized Items
Items such as kit bags and bundles may be shipped separately or take slightly longer to arrive due to their size. If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate parcels.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within Australia. If you're located overseas and would like to place an order, please contact us at sales@jswsports.com.au and we'll do our best to assist.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at sales@jswsports.com.au — we may be able to update it before dispatch.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, or hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at sales@jswsports.com.au with your order number so we can investigate with the courier and arrange a resolution.
