How long it will take time for delivering the order? We make every effort to process your order within 24 hours it is placed. Once your order is shipped it normally takes 2-5 working days in major metro cities. For other locations however, the delivery may take up to 3 to 7 working days. Some products that weight more, are sent by surface mode and may take between 5 to 10 day depending on the location.

Are there any shipping or charges? Orders below $100 (AUD) will be charged a shipping amount of $20. We are providing free shipping on orders above $100.

Can I return or exchange an item? Yes — we offer a 14-day return window on unused items in original packaging. See our Returns Policy for full details.

Do you ship internationally? Currently we ship within Australia. For international orders, please contact us directly to arrange shipping.

How do I track my order? Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email. You can also check your order status anytime from your account page.

What should I do if I didn’t receive my order? In case if you didn’t receive your order within an estimation time then it would recommend you to please contact us within 30 days of non-delivery. We will assure you to assist you accurately.
